Auto centering vibrating screen is developed by Xinhai used in screening link behind grinding. It is more efficient than other normal vibrating screen. There are some tips to maintain auto centering vibrating screen:
Round vibrating screen is widely employed in mineral processing for screening different size ore. It plays an important role in the whole processing line. So correct operation and maintenance of round vibration screen guarantees the smooth operation of the whole process line.

Ball mill should keep even feeding in operation; the even feeding means stable feeding quantity and same particle size distribution.
The original beneficiation process of the gold mine was all slime cyanidation CIP process. Because of the change of mining method, the mud content reached more than 15%, which makes the leaching period longer and limited processing capacity; the flotation recovery rate decreased; the production cost became higher. Xinhai needed to change the process to reduce the cost. After contracting this gold reconstruction project, Xinhai decided to take the test with all slime cyanidation-countercurrent washing-carbon solution method, because the required leaching ore particle of this new process is larger than the process of original process.The problems of all slime cyanidation CIP process This process required the leaching ore granularity is fine, -200 mesh accounted for 85%, but the gold mine granularity is coarse, and the mill processing capacity is limited resulting in the entire gold processing decreasing, and the cost of ore dressing increasing; secondly, carbon leaching carbon was weared seriously reaching 120g/t according to Xinhai Research Institute testing; so the overall economic benefits were low. The all slime cyanidation-countercurrent washing-carbon solution method designed by Xinhai Mineral Processing Research Institute adopted classifying control and thickening before leaching. A variety of ores may need different mineral processing methods. Customers have little knowledge about that. In mineral processing, to make valuable ores realize single separation, ores must be crushed and grinded into powdery materials. In the process of crushing, all kinds of crushers are used, while a variety of ball mills, rod mills and autogenous mills(or semi-autogenous mills) are available in the process of grinding. Ball mills and rod mills take steel balls and steel bars as their medium, but on the contrary, autogenous mills make ores themselves be a medium. An autogenous mill is featured by combining mid-fine crushing with coarse grinding. Ores can be crushed and grinded through mutual impact and grinding with themselves as grinding media. This machine can produce -0.074mm ores which accounts for 20%-40% of total amount. The comminution degree can be 4000－5000, ten times higher than ball mills and rod mills.

On April 18, the ministry of land and resources announced the second list of test units of green mine, which is a prelude to promote the construction of green mines in China.
