At the beginning of the new year 2020, the “Outstanding Engineers” from China University of Mining and Technology (Xu Zhou) majoring in mineral processing engineering came to Xinhai Mining for 5-day visit and internship leading by Wang dapeng, associate professor, school of chemical engineering, China University of Mining and Technology. They received a warm reception from the chairman Mr.Yunlong Zhang and each department.
As one of the common processing equipment for metal and non-metal minerals, agitating flotation cell can be divided into mechanically agitating flotation cell and air-inflation agitating flotation cell. The working principle of them is that: driven by the motor through the triangular belt, the impeller rotates to form the suction suction (or external inflation) of negative pressure slurry, so that the air, medicine and slurry mix, minerals adhere to the bubble surface and float up, forming a mineralized foam layer on the slurry surface, under the condition of relatively constant control of the liquid level, the foam is scraped out with a scrape.
In 23th and 24th December, the 2019 China Mineral Resources and Materials Industry Chain Conference hosted by China Mineral Resources and Materials Application Innovation Alliance was successfully held in Beijing International Conference Center. He analyzed the current situation of mine industry development in China and overseas countries, and shared Xinhai Mining innovation mineral processing technology and equipment with guests. He also gave the solutions about the current situation of mine industry development pertinently. At the same time, the booth of Xinhai Mining brought the guest innovative Mineral Processing EPC+M+O service and VR mineral processing plant full of sense of science and technology, which absorbed a lot of guest to consult and negotiate.
Magnetic separation is realizing the mineral processing according to the magnetic differences between minerals from magnetic and other mechanical force. At present, it is used in the processing of ferrous metal and non-metal, and the fine processing of non-ferrous metal and precious metal.
Recently, 2019 the 4th International Mining Property Information Conference is convened in Xi’an. It is pointed at pushing the communication of mining property information, resource development and trade negotiation with the topic “pushing the cooperation of mining properties and win-win in the future”. Over 240 mining company and over 600 colleagues in mining industry took part in this conference from home and abroad. The participants are from Canada, Russia, Australia and other 15 countries and regions.

In mineral processing proceeding, ores need to be grinded into a certain size for the complete separation of fine grain size mineral production and gangue minerals, and over-grinding should be avoided at the same time in case of the effect of sliming. The production below standard should be sent to mill for circular grinding, while the qualified product should be separated to extraction period in time and avoid unnecessary grinding. Therefore, classification takes an important part in grinding operation from technology and economy aspect.
On November 6-7th, Xinhai Mining carried out safety production training for all staff, to put the requirement “Big Study, Big Training, Big Exam” special action implementation plan of State Administration of Work Safety in practice, to strengthen the consciousness of safety production, and in case of safety accident.
