Shandong Xinhai Mining classifier is mainly suitable for the particle size classification of mining slurry and the processing of coarse and fine particle slurry materials. The spiral classifier equipment can separate to about 200 mesh at the finest, meeting the production needs of ore dressing plants with a capacity of more than 100 t/ d and improving the efficiency of the dressing plant. Classification of classifiers
Shandong Xinhai Mining Classifier is divided into high weir single spiral classifier, high weir double spiral classifier, submerged single spiral classifier, submerged double spiral classifier, and hydraulic classifier. In addition, there are hydraulic classifiers, which are divided into XC Ⅰ hydrocyclones , XC Ⅱ classification and concentration hydrocyclones , XC Ⅲ hydrocyclones , and XC Ⅳ hydrocyclones .

- It reduces the unbalanced impact of the ball mill on the large and small gears.
Advantages and features of the submerged spiral classifier
- The entire spiral at the overflow end is submerged below the liquid level in the sedimentation zone, and the sedimentation zone has a large area and depth;
- An automatic sand return lifting device is added to the sand return end, and the ball mill cancels the configuration of the large spoon head;
- It can generally save 1-1.5 degrees of electricity per ton of ore;
- It avoids frequent maintenance of the large spoon head of the ball mill;
- It reduces the unbalanced impact of the ball mill on the large and small gears.
Advantages and features of the XC Ⅰ type hydrocyclone
- It adopts a three- dimensional volute feeding structure to achieve circumferential and axial feeding, eliminates the turbulent interference generated near the overflow pipe after the material enters the cyclone, accelerates the swirl of coarse materials toward the bottom flow port, avoids rapid rotation of the feeding, and is more conducive to improving the classification efficiency;
- The square tube feeding form makes the material closer to the inner wall of the cyclone, minimizes the resistance of feeding, maximizes the divergence of the material, and minimizes the wear on the feed box;
- The unique wedge-shaped adjustment device of the feed port can quickly adjust the size of the cyclone inlet online, thus improving the grading effect of the cyclone;
- The wedge-shaped adjustment valve plate adds replaceable parts to the inlet pipe without replacing the entire bushing of the cyclone;
- High wear-resistant rubber lining has excellent wear resistance, which can greatly reduce the cost of use. At the same time, it can keep the internal flow channel shape and size of your cyclone for a longer time, thereby maintaining a stable classification efficiency ;

- Lined with wear-resistant rubber molded parts;
- The feed port adopts an involute feeding method, which reduces the turbulence caused by the sudden divergence of the material when it enters the cyclone, making the movement of the fluid in the cyclone tend to be stable, and improving the separation performance of the cyclone;
- The length ratio of the column cone section of the cyclone and the insertion depth of the overflow pipe are reasonable, and the grading efficiency is higher;
- It is particularly suitable for grading operations. Medium and large mines completely replace spiral classifiers and can increase the processing capacity of ball mills by 10%-15%.

of XC Ⅲ hydrocyclone
- By adjusting the siphon device to cause the change of the fishtail device, the size of the bottom flow concentration can be adjusted;
- When the feed rate, feed concentration, feed pressure, etc. fluctuate within a certain range, the fishtail device will also change accordingly, so that the bottom flow concentration can be kept constant;
- The overflow is not easy to run coarse.

of XC IV hydrocyclone
- The specially equipped tightening sleeve can accurately adjust the resistance of the sand settling nozzle , so as to more accurately adjust the classification index of the cyclone;
