Gold Washing Process

Introduction

There are multiple mineral impurities in gold ore. The different grades of impurities are closed related to the particle size of gold ore. Therefore, it is necessary to wash and or classify the raw ore.

The main gold washing method is scrubbing (rob mill scrubbing and mechanical scrubbing).

Application

It is suitable for gold ore with a large amount of clay and mud. Or to remove the film iron and adhesive impurities on the surface. It is suitable for different kinds of loose mud ore particles, or materials with particle sizes between 0-6mm.

Gold Gravity Separation Process

Gravity separation is the process of obtaining products with different densities or particle sizes by using the differences in density and particle size of minerals, with the combined effect of medium fluids and various mechanical forces to cause suitable loose stratification and separation conditions.

There is a certain amount of coarse free gold in most gold ores. It is hard to recover this kind of ore. Therefore, Gravity separation is most used for the separation of alluvial gold and recovery of monolithically dissociated coarse-grained gold from vein gold before and after flotation and leaching.

A jigging machine realizes the separation of light and heavy mineral by the different sedimentation speed in vertical alternating water flow

Introduction

The main equipment is the jig machine. Mixed mineral particles with different weights perform layering by specific gravity in a vertically moving, variable speed media flow. The light weight minerals are on the upside. The heavy weight minerals are on the downside. Well layered materials can be respectively discharged by mechanical and water action.
Application

It is suitable for coarse mineral particle separation (mineral raw materials of any particle size except microfine materials). The suitable particle size of metal minerals is 0.074mm to 50mm. On the prerequisite of weight difference ≥ 1.25 and the ore is dissociated monolithically, the lower particle size limit is 0.04mm.
Process Characteristic

Gold Shaking Table Separation Process

Introduction

The main equipment is the shaking table. It is the equipment sorting in horizontal media flow, using the drive mechanism to drive the bed to do longitudinal reciprocating motion, to do the impulse flow and bed differential motion. The ore particles are separated by stratification perpendicular to the bed surface and separation parallel to the bed surface. Materials in different particle sizes can be discharged in different areas and realize separation.
Application

It is suitable for fine minerals. According to the different size, the ore deposits can be divided into the coarse sand table, fine sand table, and slime table. Among them, the coarse sand table is suitable for ores with particle size 0.5-2.0mm. A fine sand table is suitable for ores with particle size 0.074-0.5mm. Slime table is suitable for ores with particle size 0.037-0.074mm.
Process Characteristic

Gold shaking table separation is stable and reliable. Rich ore ratio is higher than other mineral processing technologies. It is also easy to manage, and able to separate ore once.

Gold Spiral Chute Separation Process

A gravity separation equipment of separating minerals with different weight by the inertial centrifugal force generated in the spiral motion of pulp.

Introduction

The main equipment is the spiral chute. It is the equipment separated by the oblique flow. Effect of combined forces such as water flow, mineral gravity, friction between mineral particles and bottom surface of the tank. The ore particles settle in different areas of the tank according to the specific gravity. The ore particles with small specific gravity are taken away by the water flow, leaving the ore particles with large specific gravity, that is, to complete the separation.
Application

It is suitable for microfine materials with low mud content. The particle size is among 0.03-0.6mm.
