Gold Washing Process

Introduction

There are multiple mineral impurities in gold ore. The different grades of impurities are closed related to the particle size of gold ore. Therefore, it is necessary to wash and or classify the raw ore.

The main gold washing method is scrubbing (rob mill scrubbing and mechanical scrubbing).

Application

It is suitable for gold ore with a large amount of clay and mud. Or to remove the film iron and adhesive impurities on the surface. It is suitable for different kinds of loose mud ore particles, or materials with particle sizes between 0-6mm.

Gold Gravity Separation Process

Gravity separation is the process of obtaining products with different densities or particle sizes by using the differences in density and particle size of minerals, with the combined effect of medium fluids and various mechanical forces to cause suitable loose stratification and separation conditions.

There is a certain amount of coarse free gold in most gold ores. It is hard to recover this kind of ore. Therefore, Gravity separation is most used for the separation of alluvial gold and recovery of monolithically dissociated coarse-grained gold from vein gold before and after flotation and leaching.
